Like competitive rod guide products, Endurance^tm rod guides centralize the rod string which prevents rod coupling-to-tubing wear. However, unlike other rod guide products, our snap-on, field-applied guides are made of an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene polymer with a molecular weight of up to 6,000,0000. This high molecular weight gives our rod guides many physical properties far superior to nylon, rubber and some molded rod guides - the kinds offered by our competition.

Our guides are designed to last longer, hence the name Endurance^tm. They last longer because they have a higher resistance to wear and abrasion and a lower coefficient of friction. Additionally, they have a very high tensile strength, impact resistant, chemical resistant, and resist stress cracking. These traits and features are directly related to our product's high molecular weight.

Recommended for a maximum operating temperature of 175°F, our guides are light in weight, easy to install in hot or cold climates, H²S and CO² resistant and have an inherent self-lubricating feature. Our rod guides are the standard in the industry for water and de-gasification wells. This material is lubricated by oil, oil and water, or just water.
